The Company is established on 7th day of May 2007 in pursuance of its Memorandum and Articles of association under the company acts. 1994, by the registered certificate of incorporation No.C/66777(4269)/07 from the Register of Join Stock Companies & Firms of Bangladesh, The company began its journey with the field of Development business in the year of 2007. Previously they started their journey in the real estate sector in the name of North View real estate ltd. For the large vision of the board of directors, they established Rupnagar Real Estate Ltd.

The company will be going to joint venture development in the sector of Uttara, Azampur, Dhakkin Khan, Hazi camp, Tongi. Several residential apartment projects are going to start by the month of january in the sector #11, Sector #14, Sector #6, Middle Azampur, Hazi camp. Another Shopping complex and commercial building named AH Tower, Situated at Hossain market, Tongi.Gazipur is going to start recently. In making the residential and commercial building the companys main concern is to maintain the quality as well as to gain the maximum profit. The company is processing to buy a brick field named MBK at konabari, Gazipur. This brick manufacturing industry will help the company to improve the backward linkage process. The companys another concern Purbachal Properties and Builders Ltd (PPBL) is going to develop future park named highland city. The city is located at hydrabad, Tongi,Gazipur.The expected land area will be 180 katha.

2) Engineering & Design - Rupnagar has developed in house design team for architectural, structural, planning & electrical design. RREL has one hundred engineers in construction and development team in addition to its Quality Control, Monitoring & Evaluation and Construction management personnel with many senior level professionals, engineers, architects, planners trained at home and abroad and eminent personalities of the country. RREL has introduced three numbers of most modern Concrete batching plant from United Kingdom with state of the art technology, the only of its kind in Bangladesh.
