The traditional Bogra Yakubiya Girls' High School is a C-type multi-storied building situated in the heart of Bogra district town.
Here, two shifts are taught from 1st class to class 10 students.
The duration of the study is 7 am to 4:30 pm. There are 75 teachers in this school.
In order to achieve unprecedented success in the current public examinations, with the concerted efforts of the current management and teachers and with the help of parents, the school won the award for this year by the Second Education Education and Accreditation Enhancement Project (Sequeep).Yakubiya Girls' High School located in the heart of Bogra City, which started in 1929 by Maktab Protesta. Mr. Maulvi Md. Yakub Ali, a prominent social worker and educator, started the madrassa program in his own land for the development of women's education. In 1934, it was upgraded to Yaqubiya Jr. Madrasa and later Yakubiya High School Madrasa from Mt. Considering the importance of general education in 1958, Yakubiya Girls' High School was transformed. Schools, strictly governed by discipline, skillful management and well-groomed schools, have achieved more success. As a result, the school achieved the prestigious status of the educational institution of Bogra sadar upazila in the SSC Board Examination of the last three years in the year 2014. The results of PSC and JSC are also commendable.The school is implementing various development activities with the help of the teachers, the teachers' work and the overall support of the guardians. For construction of multi-storied buildings for a limited number of students on limited space, the process of construction is under construction. Considering the demand, the school has introduced double shift since 2011 and the first and dynamic classes since 2013. The process of aladkaran has been taken from the first grade to the fifth grade, in line with the improvement in the quality of education. Apart from achieving success in education, there are continuing cultural activities for the creative development of the students. Students of this school have signed credentials in cultural activities at district and divisional level. Computer labs, libraries, multimedia classes and modernization programs have already started.
