National Center For Control Of Rheumatic Fever & Heart Disease located at Agargao, Dhaka. National Specialized hospital for Rheumatic Fever Patients of Bangladesh. The National Centre for Control of Rheumatic Fever and Heart Disease was established on 1st November 1988, as a pilot project for the prevention and control of Rheumatic Fever and Rheumatic Heart disease in Bangladesh. Bangladesh's government launched the project with financial and technical support from the government of Japan through Japan International Co-operation. The project was absorbed into the revenue budget under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Bangladesh.
