Spectra Engineers Ltd. (SEL) is one of the leading construction companies in Bangladesh. It has already proved its credibility in the sector Roads, Bridges, Building, Railway Track construction. SEL started rolling its business with the inception of “Reza Construction” as a proprietorship firm in the year 1981, and later incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1989 as Reza Construction Limited (RCL). Again, in the year 2011, the company name changed to Spectra Engineers Limited (SEL).
